CONSTITUTION:When the charge of the disk is detected, whether the switch S0 is on or not is detected, whether the position of the pickup 18 is located on the inner peripheral side of the disc from the leading-in area 17a or not is checked, the pickup 18 is sent in the center direction of the disc 17 by the prescribed width at a high speed, and then data obtained from an address detector 22 are read out to detect whether the area 17a is reproduced or not. If the area 17a is not reproduced, said operation is repeated. When reproduced, the start address of a data to which each music No. is assigned out of table-of-contents data supplied from the address detector 22 is written in an RAM, a pulse is outputted to a control circuit 14 through a motor 16 and then the pickup is moved in the external peripheral direction to detect the starting end of the program area. |
