PURPOSE:To improve yield by grasping both sides in the coil winding part of a read/write layer with nonmagnetic materials of erasing layers so that the coil winding part is structurally reinforced and is prevented from breaking during manufacture. CONSTITUTION:The shape of a read/write layer A is similar to the shape in the prior example, except that an erasing layer C is formed by combining a nonmagnetic material 6 and a magnetic material 5 having a U-shape. The layers C are disposed on both sides of the layer A to grasp said layer. The materials 6 consisting of ceramics of the layer C are positioned on both sides of the coil winding part of the layer A to hold the coil winding part. The coil winding part is thus electrically insulated by the insulator of ceramics and direct winding of a coil 7 is made possible. |
