PRINTER CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SENTENCE PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of an operator by indicating the desired recording area of sentence information and then only printing said designated region. CONSTITUTION:A cursor is shifted on a display device displaying the sentence data to indicate a specific area of a sentence. The position data on the head and the end of a region are stored to pointers AP1 and AP2, respectively. Then a print key is operated to shift idly a carriage 81 up to the head position of a partial sentence. Then the data is printed up to the position of the AP2. The carriage is shifted idly from the head of a line when a designated region is printed, and then the designated sentence is recorded. Thus the sentence format of the corresponding region is never destructed.
