PURPOSE:The titled device capable of carrying out hygienic and preferable dehydration of Tofu (bean curd) totally automatically, by placing frame boxes on pans, introducing and inserting guide rolls of the pans between guide rails, placing constantly a fixed number of stages of the boxes on supporting catches. CONSTITUTION:The root parts of the flexible devices 10 for operating catches are attached to the middle part of the columns 2, the catches 11 for pans are movably connected to the tips, and the front and rear parts of the catches 11 are placed on the support fittings 12. The frame boxes 7' having Tofu are placed on the pans 7 equipped with proper drain devices at the peripheral parts. The guide rolls 18 of the pans 7 are introduced and inserted into the space between the guide rails 2 and 2', and a preset number of stages of the boxes are constantly placed on the support fittings 12. Each operation is carried out totally automatically and repeatedly by relay operations, application of load to the frame boxes can be carried out in the same way in each of the frame boxes, so that uniform and high-quality Tofu can be obtained. |
