PURPOSE:To smoothly guide the movement of a rack by disposing a vertical shaft roller rolling along the upright inner peripheral surface of an upper guide rail and a vertical shaft roller rolling along the upright peripheral surface of a lower guide rail on the back of the rack capable of moving along the upper and lower guide rails. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal rotary rack comprises a multi-column and multi- stage rack 2 coupled horizontally and endlessly, which is rotatably disposed along each periphery of rack frames 1 erected at assigned spaces. Upper and lower guide rails 5, 6 are disposed vertically spaced from each other on the rack frame 1. The back of each rack 2 is provided with an upper vertical shaft roller 7 rolling along the upright inner peripheral surface of the upper guide rail 5 and with a lower vertical shaft roller 8 rolling along the upright outer peripheral surface of the lower guide rail 6. The upper vertical shaft roller 7 is provided with a flange 11 having the inclined lower surface expanded upward, which is formed on a corner portion 10 rolling on the top peripheral edge 9 of the upper guide rail 5. A resin coating material 12 is coated on the top peripheral edge 9 to prevent friction loss due to rolling. |
