PURPOSE:To prevent the interlock operation of both devices from causing an interlock malfunction by allowing the second electric control device to monitor the operation status of the first electric control device. CONSTITUTION:A control computer 82 receives an inspection signal OC, an operation signal OO, a car speed data signal OV, and an acceleration slip signal OA from a control computer 60 to further perform an interlock operation with the first electric control device 58 and operates to essentially change a speed- load characteristic curve in response to these signal levels. That is, the computer 82 investigates the status of the inspection signal OC and determines whether the first electric control device 58 is normally operating or not in the course of the directly coupled control processing and speed change control processing. In addition, it compares the received content of the car speed data signal OV with the car speed data calculated with the pulse signal from a rotation speed detector 62, thereby it determines whether both the first electric control device 58 and the second electric control device 80 are normally operating or not. |
