PURPOSE:To obtain a simple, small-sized structure which is adjusted easily by adjusting an optical supporting device finely; in an X and a Y direction. CONSTITUTION:When an eccentric 40 is rotated after step screws 38a and 38b are loosened, a side plate 35 moves, a small screw 36 moves forth and back, and a photodetecting element 31 also moves forth and back finely. When the screw 36 is turned in against the spring force of a spring member 37, a photodetecting element supporting frame 33 moves to left and right.The element 31 is on the focal plane of a condenser lens 32 previously, so the element 31 is adjusted to left and right by turning the screw 36 and forth and back by turning a screw 40. Namely, an X and Y-derectional fine adjustment is made easily by turning the screws. Further, the photodetecting element supporting frame is fixed and a lens supporting frame is made movable; and the condenser is adjusted by being moved to and away from the element. |
