<p>PURPOSE:To raise operability by automating turn-on and turn-off of a power source of each part which is unnecessary for communication control, and to reduce the running cost, by controlling a power source on-off means basing on operation date and hour information of a device and a result of measurement of a timepiece means. CONSTITUTION:A power source on-off means is controlled basing on operation date and hour information of a device and a result of measurement of a timepiece means. For instance, operation date and hour information for showing an operation date and hour of a device is inputted from an operation date and hour input means I, stored in an operation date and hour storage means J, and this information and a date and hour measured by a timepiece means L for measuring a date and hour are monitored by a power source on-off control means K. When an actual date and hour is within a set operation time, a signal for bringing a feeding path to a connected state is outputted to a power source on-off means H, and a power source is supplied to an input part A, a display part B, an output part C and an external storage part D from a power source part G. In this way, turn-on and turn-off of a power source of each part of the input part A, etc. which are unnecessary for communication control are executed automatically, and also feed is always executed to a communication control part E and a system control part F which are necessary for communication control.</p> |
