PURPOSE:To attain ease of combination with a hub fastening part, ease of tape fixing and to constitute the fastening piece not simply removed after assembling by forming a tape fastening part by a part fixing a tape and a part becoming a beam after pressing. CONSTITUTION:The tape fastening part at both sides of the tape fastening piece 11 is formed by the part 11a fixing the tape and the part 11b forming a beam in combination with a leg 11d after being pressed into a notch part of a hub 12. The combination of the fastening piece and the notch part of the hub 12 is made easy by adopting this shape, the fixing of the tape 3 is performed easily and surely and also the fastening piece 11 is not simply removed from the notch after the assembling. |
