The envelope, partic. for election purposes, has the sides glued together along one edge to form a stiffening strip joined to the rear support along a perforation (16). The latter is interrupted by a semicircular hole, whose straight edge runs along the perforation. The envelope is formed from material with two main panels joined to two small ones by a fold line in a panel. It is also joined by a perforation to the main ones and forms a tear-off strip (14) after gluing. After detachment of the strip, the contents may be removed. |
