PURPOSE:To prevent separation of a pin from a detent hole formed in a holding piece, by putting a hook in engagement with the detention part when a gate is turned down. CONSTITUTION:If a gate 4 is turned down by loosening an upper hinge 5 in the condition that a detention pin 8 is pinched by a holding piece 6 and a detention pawl 7, this gate 4 runs against the bottom of the front box 1 after turning approx. 180 deg.. A moment is applied to the fixation part 9 of this detention pin 8 in the direction as clockwise round the part of running against 23. Because this application of moment prolongs the distance between an actuator arm 15 and the above-mentioned pawl 7 by compressing a spring 17 housed in a damper cylinder 18, the pawl 7 turns in such a direction as to disengage from the detention pin 8. When the downward rotation of the gate 4 attains approx. 180 deg., a hook 14 is put in engagement with detent part 13, so that the pin 8 is hindered to separate from the detent hole 11 to ensure prevention of the gate from falling off. |
