摘要 PURPOSE:To permit an internal-combustion engine to be used as an electric motor by installing a means which surveys the operation state of an internal-combustion engine and informs whether the revolution within a control range is performed or not during engine operation, onto the operation state surveying apparatus of the internal-combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:A revolution-number sensor 5 is installed onto the crank shaft 4 of an engine 1, and the actual revolution number of the crank shaft 4 which is detected by the sensor 5 is input into a revolution-number detecting circuit 6. While, the opening degree of a throttle 8 is adjusted by an actuator 9, and the number of revolution of the engine 1 is adjusted. The actual revolution number of the revolution-number detecting circuit 6 which is input into an operational anomaly detecting circuit 13 during the operation of the engine 1 and the instructed revolution number in a revolution-number setting apparatus 10 are compared in differential amplifying circuits 15L and 15U, and the difference is detected. Then, said detection difference is treated in comparison circuits 17L and 17U. When the absolute value of the detection difference which is obtained in the treatment in the comparison circuits 17L and 17U is larger than the absolute value of the standard value which is set in standard-voltage generators 18L and 18U, alarms 19L and 19U generate alarms to inform the anomaly.
