PURPOSE:To secure and stabilize a releasing action, by a method wherein a paper press lever is depressed to a position for not engaging with a locking lever by a paper press releasing lever when automatically setting a paper, and the paper press lever is engaged to the locking lever and is maintained at a releasing position when manually setting the paper. CONSTITUTION:When an electric current is passed to a releasing lever 105, the paper press releasing lever 116 is rotated with a supporting shaft 110 as a fulcrum through a connecting lever 106, a releasing force is transmitted by a releasing projected part 107-B of the lever 107, so that the lever 107 is rotated in the direction of an arrow, and is released to such a position that a paper press roller 108 and the paper 102 do not interfere with each other. When manually releasing the lever 107, the releasing lever 116 is pushed back by a slanted surface 112-A of the locking lever 112, and only the lever 107 is rotated in the direction of an arrow 117, so that a projected part 107-A of the lever 107 and a notch 112-B of the lock lever 112 are engaged to each other, and the condition is set by the force of a locking lever spring 114. |
