<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the dispersion of photo transmittances and improve the moisture resistance by a method wherein holders for mounting the light emtting and receiving parts are formed in the form of reflection mirrors. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 3 and a light receiving elecment 4 are fixed to the mounting part 1 for the former element and that 2 for the latter element of a lead frame with Ag paste. Next, transparent silicone resin 11 is dripped in a fixed amount so as to fill approx. the 60% of the recess, and successively white reflection silicon resin 12 is dripped so as to fill 80-90% of the recess. Then, the resins 11 and 12 are put in cross-linking by heating, thus molding an outer epoxy black resin 13. At that time, dimentions B, C are taken larger than a dimension A.</p> |
