PURPOSE:To enable to discriminate an ink-receiving surface accurately and easily, by providing a mark for discriminating the face side and the back side of a recording medium having an ink-receiving surface. CONSTITUTION:The mark 3 for discrimination is provided on the side of a base 1, thereby enabling to instantaneously decide that the other side is the side of an ink-receiving layer 2. The mark 3 is provided on the base 1 by printing, engraving, etching or cutting or by adhering a mark sheet having a desired shape to the base 1. Accordingly, since the ink-receiving surface of the recording material can be discriminated correctly and easily, a fixed image of high quality can be speedily recorded in an ink. |
