PURPOSE:To provide a vibrator with an exciting signal positively, by installing a lead wire holding dielectric cap, etc. which is connected with metallic liquid chamber and liquid body incorporated with a vibrating board fixed with a disc- type vibrator. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating member of the head is composed of a vibrator/ bonded with a vibrating board 2, the vibrator 1 being provided with open ends with electrode surfaces 9, 10' silver-paste printed on both sides of the vibrator. Crests of the microstructure of roughness of the vibrator fit tightly with the vibrator and electric conduction becomes available with the GND of the vibrator. A liquid chamber body 3 is made of metal and a lead wire holding cap 5 is pressed into this body. This cap 5 is plated with metal on its body of ABS resin, etc., and thus connection with the liquid chamber body 3 is established. Overall plating on the cap enables grounding from any desired direction. |
