PURPOSE:To improve the safety on traveling by installing a receiving metal fitting for supporting a folding tail gagate onto a slider through a hinge mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a receiving member 9 at a retreat position is turned rearward, a locking mechanism 11 is automatically operated and fixed. when a supporting pin 13 is pulled-out from the holes 14 and 16 on the receiving member 9 and a receiving metal fitting 8, said receiving metal fitting 8 is swung downward and set to a receiving position. Then, the pin 13 is inserted into the holes 14 and 15, and the receiving metal fitting 8 is fixed onto the receiving member 9. Then, a tail gate is pulled-out and engaged with an engagement part 21 through a guide part 20. When not used, the tail gate is accommodated, and the receiving metal fitting 8 is accommodated to the retreat position at the side of a post 2. Thus, the safety during traveling can be improved. |
