Polypeptide derivatives with a GH action or an action inhibiting pancreatic and gastric secretion correspond to the formula I <IMAGE> in which A, B, C, D, E, F, Y1, Y2 and Z have the meanings stated in Claim 1. These polypeptides can be prepared, for example, by linking together, by an amide bond, two peptide units each of which contains at least one amino acid or an amino alcohol in protected or unprotected form, and one peptide unit contains the acyl radical.
