The orthopedic shoe intended to the correction of malformations of an infant foot comprises a rigid rear portion (4) to maintain the back foot and a front portion (10) to maintain the forefoot. These portions (4, 10) are secured to each other by a link part (15) which is toggle jointed (19) to at least one of the parts (10) and which may be locked (21) in position. The joint having three degrees of freedom in the relative positioning of the rear (4) and front (10) parts enables any adjustment for correcting a malformation in the horizontal, vertical, oblique planes accompanied or not with a torsion component about the deviation direction.
