A disposable diaper having a backing sheet and a top sheet with an absorbent pad therebetween, The diaper is provided with tape fastener for securing the diaper on an infant and is further provided with another tape fastener for securement across a tuck in the diaper for better fit and prevent waist leakage. The other tape fastener is removably attached to the top sheet, in the front or rear thereof.
