PURPOSE:To mount a silencing material in ready work and high reliability by mounting a fastening device having a base, a stationary portion and a bent portion on the surface of a plate, contacting the surface of the plate with the silencing material and a net and then bending the bent portion. CONSTITUTION:A clamper 10 has a base 11 which has substantially the same height (h) as the thickness of a silencing material 3 and a width (w) larger than the seam of a metal net 4, a stationary portion 12 bent at approx. 90 deg. at the lower part of the base 11, and a bent portion 13 formed by projecting substantially at the center of the base 11 and having a crack 13a and an acute end 13b. A plurality of this clampers are fixed by spot welding to the inner wall surface of an air guide plate 1, the material 3 and the net 4 are inserted into the clampers, and the bent part 13 of the clamper 10 is bent. |
