摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately detect the position by detecting the mechanical displacement of a field pole position detected from a true field pole position from signals of a position detector and an induced voltage detector, and automatically correcting by a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION:A resolver 12 coupled to a synchronous motor 11 is excited by an exciter 13, the rotating angle theta of the resolver 12 corresponding to the field pole position of the motor 11 is detected by a rotating angle detector 14, the induced voltage of the motor 11 is inputted to a waveform shaper 21, which converts it to a rectangular wave, and both signals are inputted to a microprocessor 22. The point that the induced voltage becomes zero is read out to obtain the actual field pole position, the mechanical displacement when the motor 11 and the resolver 12 are mounted is calculated and corrected from the rotating angle theta of the resolver 12 at that time, thereby controlling an inverter 17. Accordingly, an accurate field pole position can be detected, and the phase matching at the mounting time can be omitted.
