摘要 PURPOSE:To form a transcription layer with out requiring control over the amount of resin for transcription of guide groove, etc. by having a double layer structure of the transcription layer and an adhesion layer obtained by coating the photosetting resin on a glass substrate and a stamper respectively and forming a record layer on the transcription layer. CONSTITUTION:The ultraviolet curing resin is spin-coated on a glass substrate 1 to form an adhesion layer 2, and the ultraviolet rays are irradiated to cure the resin. Then the ultraviolet curing resin is coated on a stamper 4 to form a transcription layer 3. A centering tool 5 is used to decrease the eccentricity, and the substrate 1 is set so that the layer 2 is set at the side of the stamper 4. Then the pressure is applied to turn the resin to be used to the layer 3 into a film of even thickness. The ultraviolet rays are irradiated from the side of the substrate 1 to cure the resin to be used to the layer 3. The layer 3 is removed at the interface between the layer 3 and the stamper 4, and a record layer 7 is formed on the layer 3 by a vapor deposition process, etc. Two sheets of such optical disk are adhered to each other by the ultraviolet curing resin with the record layer sides set opposite to each other and via an aluminum ring-shaped spacer 6 set at the outer circumferential part of the disk.
