An expandable disposable drip tray including concertina like channel shaped structure (27) with end formations (29) located across at least a lower portion of each end of the channel shaped structure to prevent leakage from the tray during use. The channel shaped structure has a base portion with spaced apart sides extending upwardly from edges of the base portion, wherein said base portion and sides of the channel shaped structure are configured to progressively expand or contract in a concertina like manner via a series of interconnected folds to vary the size of the tray along the longitudinal axis of the channel. The drip tray may include a mesh element (26), supported by the tray element, for cooking food thereon. |
