PURPOSE:To eliminate pollution due to the washings, reducing water resources, and labur by adding a specific amount of purified lipoprotein lipase specimen to unwashed polished rice, and cooking the rice. CONSTITUTION:Water in a necessary amount is added to unwashed polished rice, and purified lipoprotein lipase specimen which is a heat-resistant lipid hydrolase in an amount of the formula (potency) or more is added to the polished rice. The resultant rice is then cooked. EFFECT:Increased nutritive value without deteriorating the taste. |
