PURPOSE:To easily manufacture precise products by positioning a web accurately with a pilot hole and a pilot pin, punching a meter ring and an outer circumference after a frame is formed, and welding a core and the ring with an ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION:An unexposed film 8 is drawn out of a roll 7 through rollers 9 and 10, and a center hole 15 and a pilot hole 16 are formed with an upper blade 12 for punching the center hole 15 and an upper blade 13 and a lower blade 14 for punching the pilot hole 16. Then, the web is positioned with a pilot pin 18 and a printer 19 is turned on for light emission to print a frame 6; and the web is positioned with a pilot pin 18' to form a metering notch 5 with an upper blade 21 and a lower blade 22, and a unit 1 is punched in the film 8 and fallen as shown by an arrow A to be mounted on the ring 3 placed on a nest 24 conveyed at right angles to the paper surface. Then, the core 2 is placed on the unit 1 and welded with an ultrasonic wave. Thus, precise products are manufactured at a high speed. |
