PURPOSE:To improve the steering operability of a steering wheel and suppress the generation of kick back and shimmy by connecting both wheels to a center link which is meshed with a bevel gear through tie rods. CONSTITUTION:A bevel gear (large) 8, which is rotated by the rotating operation of a steering wheel, is meshed with a bevel gear (small) 9, which is screwed to a center link 5, which is provided slidably in the right and left directions of a vehicle. Both wheels are conneced to the center link 5 through tie rods 3, and bearing receiving parts are provided on the both end parts of the bevel gear (small) 9, stopping the movement, in the right and left direction, of the bevel gear (small) 9 through a bearing. Thereby, said bevel gears are rotated by the rotating operation of the steering wheel 1, to make the center link 5 move right and left. |
