<p>PURPOSE:To form a photocoupler of multichannels with the minimum number of leads by electrically connecting one electrodes of photoreceiving and transmitting elements, and leading a common terminal as external lead. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 1 is placed as 4-element die bonding at the prescribed position oppositely to the photoreceptors opposed to the frame 93 of a lead frame 9 for a light emitting element, the anode side of the element 1 is commonly connected, and the cathode electrode of the surface of the element 1 and frames 91, 92, 94, 95 are connected electrically via wirings. Then, photoreceptor 4 is placed as 4-element die bonding at the desired positions considered to be opposed to the elements 1 corresponding to the frame 103 of the lead frame 10 for separate photoreceptor, the collector electrode side of the element 4 is commonly connected, the emitter electrode on the surface of the element 4 and frames 101, 102, 104, 105 are then electrically connected via wirings.</p> |
