PALLET CARRYING TRANSFER MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce installation area by making a part of zigs on pallet mountable/dismountable to share the pallet while coupling the stock conveyor carry- out port to the work mount/dismount station arranged in the way of return conveyor. CONSTITUTION:When changing a work, finished work is removed from a pallet P returned to work station STa then empty pallet P is fed through branch station B1 onto stock conveyor BFC. Prepared pallet P is fed out from the stock conveyor BFC then from a branch station B2 at the carry-out side to work station STa where it is fixed with a yet-worked work and fed to first work station ST1. Consequently modified pallets will increase in number and replaced with old pallets. In such a manner, only single worker is required to exchange different works while requiring such number of pallets as corresponding with the number of stations even for various types of work resulting in reduction of installation lot.
