PURPOSE:To obtain a filter having superior transmittivity characteristics or the like by forming evaporation films consisting of a low refractive index evaporation substance of which specific refractive index is regulated and evaporation films consisting of a high refractive index evaporation substance alternately on a glass substrate and adhering the 2nd glass substrate on the laminated surface. CONSTITUTION:The evaporation films d31,d29...d1 consisting of the low refractive index evaporation substance and the evaporation films d30,d28...d2 consisting of the high refractive index evaporation substance are alternately and multiply formed on the 1st glass substrate 3 having 1.46-1.8 specific refractive index. The 2nd glass substrate 1 is adhered to the multi-layer evaporation film by using adhesive 2 having 1.46-1.8 specific refractive index. In this case, the specific refractive index of a part or the whole of the low refractive index evaporation substance nera the adhesives is made larger than that of the 1st glass substrate 3 by 0.04 or more and the difference between the specific refractive index of said low refractive index evaporation substance and that of the adhesives 2 or the 1st glass substrate 3 having larger specific refractive index is made 0.24 or less. Thus, the objective short wavelength passing interference filter is obtained. |
