PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal pump device capable of preventing both pollution and deterioration of efficiency and performance.SOLUTION: A housing 2 includes a motor chamber 8 and a pump chamber 7 partitioned by a partition wall 6. An impeller 10 is provided rotatable around an axis crossing the partition wall 6 as a rotation axis in the pump chamber 7, and feeds liquid by centrifugal force in rotation. A driving part 9 is provided in the motor chamber 8, and rotationally drives the impeller 10 through the partition wall 6. A plurality of permanent magnets 17 are provided on one surface of the impeller 10 along the partition wall 6, and are arranged along the same circle. The driving part 9 includes a plurality of air-core coils 20 facing the plurality of the first permanent magnets 17 so as to generate a revolving magnetic field. A dynamic pressure groove 22 is formed on an inner wall of the pump chamber 7, a dynamic pressure groove 21 is formed on the partition wall 6, and dynamic pressure grooves 61, 62 are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the impeller 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
