摘要 PURPOSE:To unify a rectifier and a transformer, cooling methods therefor differ, and to reduce the area of a position required for installation by making a cooler common, positioning the rectifier to a lower section and the transformer to an upper section in a vessel and entering a refrigerant in quantity through which only the rectifier is immersed. CONSTITUTION:When heat is generated by a rectifier stack 32, a refrigerant 33 is boiled to cool the stack 32. The refrigerant 33 is vaporized and changed into a refrigerant gas 41, passes around a partition 35 and enters into a cooler 38 from the upper end of a tank 31, is cooled and turned into a liquefied refrigerant 42 passes through a liquid return pipe 40 and enters into a liquid scattering pipe 37, and is forwarded to a transformer coil 36, and one part is vaporized to cool the coil 36, and the liquefied refrigerant 42 not vaporized drops to the lower section of the tank from the bottom of the partition 35. The stack 32 is cooled in a vapor cooling manner, and the coil 36 is cooled in a vaporization cooling manner. The refrigerant 33 may be put only in quantity, through which the narrowing lower section of the tank 31 is filled with it, and is sufficient enough in a small quantity.
