PURPOSE:To achieve a higher speed and a smaller size by simultaneously detecting spectrum and the light receiving position at the cross point between a sector- shaped fine light band with a spectral distribution and finely divided element strips of light spectrum receiver to determine the position in space. CONSTITUTION:Spectral contrast is calibrated and information is stored into a memory beforehand. In the detection of an angle about x-x' axis, spectrum is detected at the cross point between a desired point from lambdam and lambdan and a light spectrum receiver. In the detection of an angle about y-y' axis, the light receiving position is detected at the cross point between a sector-shaped fine light 3 and a light spectrum receiver 8. These two pieces of information lambdai and Ak are converted into digital from analog with an A/D converter for addressing to output angle information from the memory. The Ak indicates (k)th in the indexing address of the light receiver 8. |
