PURPOSE:To improve the operation delay due to the saturation delay of a transistor TR by inserting a diode to raise the GND level potential of an IIL logic circuit part when the IIL logic circuit part and an input circuit part are coupled to each other. CONSTITUTION:A resistance R11 is connected in series to an input terminal V1 and is grounded through a diode D1 and a resistance R2. An NPN TR T1 has the emitter grounded and has the base connected to the input terminal V1 through the diode D1 and the resistance R11 and has the collector connected to the input terminal V1 through a diode D2 and the resistance R11 to constitute the input circuit part. The IIL logic circuit part has the basic gate constituted with a PNP TR T12 and an NPN TR T13, and an output terminal V2 of the input circuit part is connected to the collector of the TR T12 and the base of the TR T13. The base of the TR T12 and the emitter of the TR T13 are grounded through a diode D3. |
