PURPOSE:To provide a parison controller which enables the molding of a thin-walled parison by correcting the position of a mandrel tip to coincide with the setting value by the signal from transducer. CONSTITUTION:A molten resin 12 introduced through a resin inlet 11 to a head 1 is pressurized to a pressure PP and extruded through a nozzle slit 15 as a parison 13, 14. A signal Ys representing the vertical position of a mandrel tip 3 which is proportional to the gap width of a nozzle slit 15, is transmitted from a function generator 16 to an operationa amplifier 6, in which the position signal Ys transmitted from the function generator 16 is compared with the position signal detectd by a position detector 5, and the difference DELTAy is amplified by a servo-valve operating amplifier 7. The servo-valve 8 is adjusted by the signal from the amplifier 7, and the position of the mandrel tip 8 is controlled by a servo-cylinder 4 to keep the coincidence with the setting value of the function generator 16. |
