PURPOSE:To accomplish a smooth control of the vehicle room temperature to a specified value while making an efficient rise in the temperature of a heat source medium in a transient state for instance when control is started after the starting of the engine. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch is turned on in the winter season, a microcomputer 13 is actuated, while a heater mode signal and a temperature set value signal are produced by a mode setting apparatus 11 and a temperature setting apparatus 10 respectively. The mode signal from the apparatus 11 and digital signals from the apparatus 10, a room temperature sensor 8 and a cooling water temperature sensor 9 through an A/D converter 12 are inputted into and temporarily stored in the computer 13. When the cooling water temperature is lower than 40 deg.C, a stop signal is applied to a motor drive circuit 15 to sotp a blower motor 3, whereby an efficient rise in the cooling water temperature is accomplished. Thereafter, when the cooling water temperature exceeds 40 deg.C, the rotation of the motor 3 is controlled by stages. |
