Seed grain pellet

Seed-grain pellet, which is new, consists of a seed grain surrounded by at least one 1st layer of inorganic filler further surrounded by at least one 2nd layer of organic filler. The layers are bonded by a binder combination of water-soluble COOH-and OH- gp. contg. polymers which takes on a gel-like consistency on mixing with water. The fillers and/or the binder contain water-sol. salts of 2- and/or 3-valent metals, esp. capable of forming hydrate sheaths or aqua complexes of variable compsn.
