PURPOSE:To obtain a constant grinding straight-line and stabilize grinding by correcting the oscillation center position of a grind-stone toward the top edge side of a hole on a workpiece immediately after dressing and gradually transferring the oscillation center position to a grindstone shaft side according to the variation of the grinding resistance with respect to the number of times of grinding operation. CONSTITUTION:When the inside W' of a hole is ground in an oscillation width of (x), having the position P to which the oscillation center position 0 of a grindstone 4 is shifted forward from the center position 0 of a workpiece W, as oscillation center position P, and then the inside W' of the hole is ground to form a parallel hole, since the grinding resistance is large immediately after dressing for the grindstone 4. Since the grinding resistance reduces as the number of times of grinding increases, the oscillation center position of the grindstone 4 is gradually retreated to a grindstone shaft 3 side, and an oscillation position correcting device 1 is operated according to the grinding amount for the workpiece on a center Co so that the inside surface W' of the parallel hole can be always ground, and the correction value for the oscillation center position is varied out input. Therefore, the inside surface W' of the workpiece W is formed into a parallel hole, and always constant grinding straight-line E is established. |
