发明名称 VAPORIZING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prolong the lifetime of a vaporizing device and to obtain a stable state of vaporization, by making smaller the thermal conductivity of a vaporizing surface than that of a colliding surface with fuel, and by keeping the temperature of the colliding surface higher than the film boiling temperature of the fuel. CONSTITUTION:When a vaporizing tube 2 is heated, and fuel and air for burning are supplied to a vaporizing chamber, the fuel collides to break up with a colliding surface 13 in which a metal surface being at high temperature and having large thermal conductivity is exposed and which is under the condition of film boiling, and the fuel having broken up is scattered as fine particles on a vaporizing surface. The vaporizing surface is covered with a heat-resisting coating film having smaller thermal conductivity than the metal surface, and therefore it is put in the state of film boiling even at the same temperature with that of the colliding surface 13. Accordingly, there hardly exists a vaporized component of the fuel on the colliding surface 13, and thus the formation and sticking of tar on this surface are prevented. On the vaporizing surface on which the particles of the fuel having broken up and scattered and been put in a high temperature fall down, on the other hand, a load of vaporization is small and the fuel is vaporized in the state of high temperature, since the fuel to be vaporized does not fall down in concentration although this surface is in the state of nucleate boiling. Consequently, the formation of tar is prevented and stable vaporization is attained rapidly.
