PURPOSE:To attain power control with a compact device by mounting a power MOSFET and other semiconductor power control element on a heat sink and ventilating the heat sink by means of a ventilator which stops in response to the stop of the semiconductor power control element. CONSTITUTION:The power MOSFET12 is installed in the electronic AC voltage variable device 13 and connected to an indoor fan 14. Moreover, the power control element 15 is connected to an inverter 16 so as to control a compressor 17. Then a single-phase AC power source is connected to the indoor fan 18 via a switch 20. Moreover, the FET12 and the element 15 are assembled on one seat sink so as to conduct forced ventilation by the indoor fan 18 thereby stopping the ventilation by the fan 18 in response to the stop of the element 15. |
