PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts items and thereby promote the miniaturization and lightweightness of a vacuum pump, by installing a driving mechanism part for a diaphragm inside a motor housing. CONSTITUTION:An eccentric cam 12 is locked to space between a bearing 2 of a motor shaft 1 and an armature core 3 with a locking knurling 25, while a connecting rod 14 coupled with a diaphragm 17 is made so as to be driven via a ball bearing 13 pressed in the eccentric cam 12. The connecting rod 14 is constituted so as to be pressed by a spring 19 pressing the diaphragm 17, and a cylinder 6 is locked to a motor's yoke 10. |
