GENERATING CIRCUIT OF NONLINEAR VOLTAGE

PURPOSE:To produce easily the voltage of the nonlinear temperature characteristics with a simple circuit constitution by using a series circuit of a diode and a resistance to control freely the voltage or resistance value to be applied to said series circuit. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of a constant voltage circuit consisting of a transistor 4 and a resistance 3 is applied to a series circuit of a diode 1 and a load resitance 2. Then a nonlinear voltage generating circuit is formed. The emitter output voltage of a transistor 4 of said constant voltage circuit is selected so as to serve as a nonlinear part of the forward voltage/current characteristics of the diode 1. The both-terminal voltage of the resistance 2 receives the adjustment of both gain and offset by an operational amplifier 9 and is converted into the output voltage V0. The variable resistances 6 and 8 are used for adjustment of the gain and the offset respectively. A resistance 5 serves as a bypass resistance for stable working of constant voltage circuit 3 and 4.
