PURPOSE:To stabilize the dimension of a pressure response unit by a method wherein a bellows, accommodating a pluger therein, is brazed to a body, thereafter, the flange of a lid is fitted to the body. CONSTITUTION:The bellows 15 accommodates the plunger 12 and a coil spring 14 therein and is connected to the setting position lid of the body 11 by brazing. The flange 18a of the lid 18 is fitted to the body 11 slidably into up-and-down to determine the engaging position, thereafter, is brazed to the body 11. The management of the dimension of the bellows 15 after assembling may be effected before connecting the lid 18, the air-tightness of the valve may be confirmed in the step of local assembling and the valve, stabilized in the performance and high in the reliability thereof, may be obtained. On the other hand, the pressure response unit is made by the bellows 15 and, whereby, the displacement in a given pressure may be enlarged. |
