PURPOSE:To obtain the titled yarn provided uniformly and efficiently with a finishing oil free from uneven dyeing, by providing undrawn yarn after cooling with an anhydrous finishing oil with specific viscosity, providing the yarn with an anhydrous finishing oil by a specific oiling guide without stretching it, drawing the yarn. CONSTITUTION:In preparing polyamide yarn by direct spinning and drawing method, polyamide is melted, extruded from the spinneret 1, sent to the cooling zone 2 to give the undrawn yarn 3, which is provided with 0.4-2.0wt% anhydrous finishing oil having <10 centipoise viscosity by using the oiling roller 4. The yarn is susseccively provided with 0.2-1.5wt% anhydrous finishing oil having 10-200 centipoise viscosity by using the oiling guide 5 having a contact part with the undrawn yarn of 2-10mm., without stretching the yarn, drawn between the first draw roller 6, the drawing pin 7, and the hot rollers 8 and 9, it is further thermally set between the rollers 8 and 9, and wound by the winder 10, to give the desired yarn. |
