PURPOSE:To reduce a circuit to constitute a temperature setting control part by half and consequently enable to miniaturize a controller and to realize low cost by a constitution wherein the changing-over of system is made possible during the summer and the winter. CONSTITUTION:Upon receipt of a seasonal data signal DS, a seasonal mode changing-over relay 13 is controlled through a seasonal mode changing-over driver 12 so as to set the contact lX of the relay 13 to the S (summer) side or W (winter) side. Resistor output relays 10 are controlled so as to become either one of 8 points of temperature setting corresponding to temperature value setting data DT. If the range of set temperature is made to be 15-22 deg.C during the summer and 23-30 deg.C during the winter, when the temperature is set at the lowest data of DT, a resistor R1, which corresponds to a temperature of 15 deg.C, is connected in case that the contact lX is at the S side, while a resistor R1', which corresponds to a temperature of 23 deg.C, is connected in case that the contact lX is at the W side. Thus, the miniaturization of a controller, the reduction of cost and the improvement of reliability can be contrived.
