摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the sense of discomfort given to room occupants as small as possible and at the same time contrive to save energy by a structure wherein an air conditioner, the fan speed of which is variable, and measuring devices, which provide informations necessary for holding a set temperature determined by sliding the room temperature to the outside air temperature. CONSTITUTION:A control device 2f, which enables to control an air conditioner 2a and a return fan 2b by turning ON and OFF them and changing their speeds, is provided so as to set the difference between the temperature set by a room temperature setter 2e and the temperature measured by an outside air temperature measuring device 2g. Further, the control device 2f compares the difference output between the output sent from the outside air temperature measuring device 2g and the output sent from a room temperature measuring device 2c and the set value set by the room temperature setter 2e. When the difference output is smaller than said set value, or when the temperature in a room R is higher, the control device 2f raises the rotational frequencies of the air conditioner 2a and of the return fan 2b in order to lower the temperature in the room R. In such a manner as described above, the rising rate of the temperature in the room R is successively monitored so as to control in order for the air conditioner 2a and the return fan 2b to have the lowest limit rotational frequencies corresponding to the rising rate of the room temperature.
