PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of operation by detachably disposing reels at the forward ends of plural arms projected from a supporting point shaft of a rotor and intermittently rotating the rotor to automatically set an empty reel at a take-up position, so that during replacement of reels, a long material is taken up. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 has a plurality of arm portions 4 projected from a supporting point shaft 2 at equal intervals, and reels 8 are detachably supported on the forward end portions of the arm portions 4 through links 5. After the terminal end of a long material 15 is fixed to the core portion of the reel 8, when a driving roller 14 is rotated clockwise by a driving motor 13, a floating roller 12 brought into contact with the roller 14 is rotated counter-clockwise. The reel 8 is rotated with a driven roller 9 brought into contact with the roller 12 to take up the long material. After the completion of winding, the long material is cut, and the rotor 1 is rotated clockwise by a driving motor 3, so that the driven roller 9 of an empty reel 8 pivots the link 5 to get over the roller 12 and contact stretching over both rollers 12 to take up the long material 15. |
