PURPOSE:To perform highly accurate measurement quickly, by splitting light from a single light source, introducing the light into a sample cell and a reference cell, and further introducing the light beams from the cells to a spectroscope. CONSTITUTION:Light from a single light source 1 is guided to a sample cell 5 and a reference cell 7 through a light-path switching optical fiber bundle 2 and a light path switch 3. The light from the sample cell 5 is guided to a spectroscope 13 through a light path switch 11. The light from the reference cell 7 is guided to the spectroscope 13. The output light of the spectroscope 13 is detected by a light detector 14. Its output is inputted to a computer 17 through an A/D converter 16. The data of the transmittance computation is supplied to a recorder 19 through a D/A converter 18. |
