Eyewear having a pair of lenses supported by frame members and a pair of releasable connectors connected to respective inner ends of the frame members, the connectors being securely connectable and releasable from each other. A strap is connected between rear ends of the eyewear temples which are in turn connected to outer ends of the frame members.
