<p>Metallic substrates are coated with a water-soluble primer which contains at least one cpd. which supplies phosphorus, chromium or their mixts., in non-elemental form, the coating being distributed uniformly with micro-crystalline structure. Another uniform coating which contains a second substance in particles of uniform size larger than those of the first, is applied over the first coating.</p> |
